ALBIE - The Anything Group
You can easily set up CartStack with your Albie website using our Google Tag Manager(GTM) integration. If you are not already using GTM, please sign up and create a new container here.
Part 1: Adding Your Unique CartStack Tracking Code to Google Tag Manager (GTM)
On the Setup page of your CartStack dashboard, find your unique tracking code. It starts with <script>, and ends with </script>.
Open your Tag Manager and add a New Tag. Select Tag Configuration and set the Tag Type to Custom HTML Tag via the menu on the right-hand side. (You may need to scroll down that menu to find the option.)
Paste the complete CartStack Tracking Code (found in Step 1) into the HTML field.
Select the Triggering option, choose All Pages, and Save. Once saved, click the Submit button on the top right-hand side to publish the new tag.
Part 2: Setting Up Google Tag Manager (GTM) in Your ALBIE Booking Engine
**If you already have your GTM container added to ALBIE, skip to Part 3 below**
Navigate to your ALBIE dashboard and click Groups & Sites in your left-hand menu.
Click the Booking Engine link next to the site where you want to add the Google Tag Manager code.
Go to the Site Settings section of the selected site and click Manage Site to open the site configuration options. Click the Advanced tab in the site settings menu.
- In this tab, locate the Tracking section.
Paste your Google Tag Manager (GTM) code into the Tracking field. Make sure to enter the full code provided by Google Tag Manager.
- Click Save Changes to apply and save the settings.
Part 3: Requesting the CartStack Integration
On the Setup page of your CartStack dashboard, enter "ALBIE" in the Confirmation URL field. Click to Review My Integration.
Once that is all completed, we'll make sure everything looks good and let you know when you're ready to launch your email campaign! If you have not heard back from your CartStack support rep in 1 to 2 business days, please email us at support@cartstack.com.
