This guide will walk you through the process of integrating CartStack with the GraceSoft booking engine.

Before you begin

You will need an administrator or staff login with access to GraceSoft Setup and Web Booking settings, in ordert to access Setup > Web Booking > Booking Engine Settings


Step 1: Copy your CartStack tracking code

In the CartStack application, navigate to your Setup page, ensure GraceSoft is selected in the platform dropdown, and copy your tracking snippet.

Step 2: Sign in to GraceSoft

Open the GraceSoft Easy InnKeeping application, enter the credentials and sign in with an account that can access Setup. From the first page after login, open the Setup area.


Step 3: Open Web Booking -> Booking Engine Settings

Inside Setup, select the Web Booking tab.

Step 4: Open the Booking Engine Settings & Paste Script

Under the Booking Engine Settings, click Apply CartScript and Paste script and save changes.

Step 5: Add Your Confirmation URL in CartStack

Return to the setup page in CartStack and add your confirmation page URL, then click "Review My Integration"
