Email Suppression

CartStack has built-in email suppression in place to prevent your customers from receiving too many emails.

Here are the current default settings:
  • Email Send Throttling: 6 hrs: If a customer returns to your site within 6 hours of our email going out, they will not be re-entered into the send queue. 
  • Email Purchase Throttling: 72 hrs: A customer will not be added to the send queue if they have made a purchase on the site within 72 hours.
  • Email Address Throttling: 6 emails in 30 days: The maximum number of emails an email address will receive from us in one months time.
