$0 Cart Totals in Dashboard
When navigating your Dashboard, you notice emails in the Send Queue or Archive with a $0 amount. CartStack pulls the cart total from your checkout pages, so an element on the page may have changed or there may be another page error causing the value to come through as $0.

If you are noticing only a few $0 values in your Dashboard, this will be normal for our javascript integration. We are using Javascript to scrape the page and grab the cart total, so we are at the mercy of each customer's browser. $0 values can happen to customers who have really slow internet connections, errors on their browsers, or most likely, have left the page faster than our code can load. In these cases, we will not be able to pull a value for that cart!
