Max Image Size for Email Builder

If you are attempting to upload an image to the email builder and running into the error: "File not uploaded. File exceeds the maximum allowed size.", the file you are trying to upload is too large. The maximum file size for the email builder is 5 MB (5000 KB).

Adobe offers a great image resizing tool at no cost: Free Image Resizer by Adobe

• Simply Upload your image
• Change the image width to 800 - 1000 pixels
• Ensure the file size is under 5MB
• And then download your image.
