Using the Template Library
The Template Library is a tool that can be utilized to organize, save, store, and copy email templates you design across your entire CartStack account.
Saving Email Templates to the Library
1. Head to your cart abandonment email campaign page (or your Browse campaign).
2. Click edit on the email template you would like to add to the Library and once it opens, click on Edit email.
3. Once the email is finished being designed, click on the Save As Template on the upper right-hand side of the page.
4. When the Library popup appears, enter a descriptive Template Name and any Tags (optional) you think may be helpful. Tags are just simple ways to categorize information associated with the email templates and can be useful later on when browsing the Library.
Retrieving the Templates from the Library
1. Head to your cart abandonment email campaign page (or your Browse campaign).
2. Click edit on the email template you would like to edit and once it opens, click on Edit email.
3. Once the builder opens, select Choose Template on the upper right-hand side
4. Once the popup opens, select the drop-down menu and then View Template Library.
5. You can then preview or select the previously saved template from your Library list
Managing the Template Library
1. To manage your Templates or assigned Tags, head to your account settings and select Template Library or Manage Tags.
2. From these pages, you'll be able to view, edit, and preview tags and templates you have previously saved.
