Missing Abandon Cart Captures
Your platform or Google Analytics has reported a certain number of site abandons and you notice CartStack has not sent as many emails or captured as many abandoners.
Possible Causes:
- CartStack will only follow up with customers who have entered their email address.
- CartStack will only follow up with customers who abandoned on your cart/checkout/booking pages.
- Once the CartStack code is live on your site, it may take customer's browser cache a few days to update if they are frequent site visitors.
