Testing a Browse Campaign

After the Browse Campaign has been integrated, you can perform the following steps to test it. You can make further edits to your Browse email on the Browse Abandonment page.

  1. Ensure you have an email loaded in your Browse campaign here.
  2. If the campaign is in Test Mode, ensure you have the email address you are testing with specified on the settings page.
  3. Navigate to your website and clear the cache.
  4. Enter your email in any field that allows for text entry. (newsletter,log-in, etc)
  5. Browse to different product pages across your site.
  6. Close the page and view the Send Queue in your CartStack portal.
  7. Your email address will show up in the list and you can click the magnifying glass next to the email to view it.
